Looking Forward to a Great New Year! By: Jim Gandolf

Looking Forward to a Great New Year!
  By: Jim Gandolf

I was at a great meeting yesterday called "Man Cave" with a great organization called "The Villages" here in Indianapolis, Indiana. This was a meeting for men, that are fathers or mentors. I feel that this meeting is the start of recionizing the men part of the family. This is not a meeting to praise men in the family role, but to share ideas in the matter of being a supporter of the children within the area of life. like a Father, Uncle, or main person of the family unit. How do you commend a child in today's atmosphere of tyranny of the streets, social media, and hard ship environment of a family experiencing life challenges. I felt that this is a great way to get advice on all levels of family support. The roll of an older brother to respect your younger brothers and sisters. I am excited about this program moving forward.

I feel the business  of building homes has moved into a positive light. 1,700sq ft  to 2,000 sq ft with a two car garage. I have figured out the equation of a new car (Family Car, and not a sports car) in this package. I am almost done with the plans on these homes, and might be done with that this next week. I have the idea of 1,000 homes in each state in the USA. I had to raise the funding first, now we are on the right path. I have to be very careful here because some states in the good ol USA do not want a reasonable priced house for under the poverty line, having the idea any sort of property at all. Some of these towns and cities have so many side laws it almost becomes impossible. I have learned you can't hire and lawyers that have a contract with these cities or towns. Lobbying law firms is the best way, but who are the firms clients, and what organization do these firms belong to? I feel that in the case of building these homes, I will need to stay out of cities that have to many regulation on building because of city codes, and the Monopoly factor in each town across the USA. I love the idea of using local business to build these homes, and that is very strong in my world. The commitment of the inspections, and licensing process in each market needs a solid flow of responsibility and real timelines. The background check on each contractors is a complete nightmare. The Insurance companies, and just the whole system, is just about as trying to pic your own poison in each market. I have noticed that I have to build all around in each state and not in one area, the scale of confusing city or town leaders have become a lot of studying to get to the right area of starting this movement. I do have a solid group of people and professionals helping men in this quest. "I have been building homes for 25 years, and you are not building home for the poor here!" is what I heard from one contractor. I have many more problem from builders that control city councils, and town councils. Really this isn't a home program for the poor, this is a house program for people that want a house but can't by one because all of the rules and regulations keep them in a lease a home program or an apartment. I am not trying to build for anyone that does't want a house, so I have made it real easy for people to have a house to make a home. I will have guidelines very soon, and will discuss them very soon. I thought the hardest part would be to raise the money? No; it is the atmosphere of each state ran by boss of eact town and city. Maybe I haven't talked to the right people in each city or town, but I will give it to the Lord, this will all work out soon enough. There will be no programs to pay for to get one of these houses, or classes. I will only have you pay for your first months lean on your mortgage and insurance, plus property tax configuration. I will work with each city or as in Town on their own rules and regulations to create the dream home. I say this here, "If you buy a house you will have to live in the house, I mean no rentals at all."  I will follow the guidelines of any association and rules of the USA. I will keep you updated in this process.

Freedom starts within, and accepting the balance of all responsibility in each minute that you are breathing. Praise daily, and accept your downfalls in all areas of your life. Forgive and pray.
