The Moment is Right Now
Poem

The clock is a liar, a rhythmic thief,
Trading in shadows and echoes of grief.
It whispers of "then" and it promises "when,"
While the heart is a pulse in a frantic "again."
The storm might be howling, the rafters may shake,
With a mountain to climb or a spirit to break,
But the past is a vapor, a ghost on the run,
And the future is fabric that hasn’t been spun.
The Anchor of the Instant
* **The Weight:** Whatever you carry—the debts or the dreams.
* **The Truth:** It only exists in the stitches and seams.
* **The Shift:** You aren’t the person you were at the start,
* **The Center:** You’re the beat that is currently hitting your heart.
The coffee is steaming, the breath is a cloud,
The silence is heavy, the city is loud.
No matter the chaos, the high or the low,
There is nowhere to run and there’s nowhere to go.
Strip back the layers, the "if" and the "why,"
The tectonic shifts of a turbulent sky.
You’ll find, in the center of all that you feel,
The moment is right now—and only that's real.
Thank you,
Jim Gandolf
