Peace in my Valley
Poem

The world outside may rush and roar,
A storm that beats against the door.
But deep within, a quiet room,
Where steady, silent flowers bloom.
It isn’t found in things I chase,
Or mirrors of a frantic pace.
It’s in the breath, the soft release,
The slow, internal hum of peace.
The Anatomy of Stillness
* The Anchor: A rhythmic breath that ignores the clock.
* The Horizon: Letting go of what I cannot change.
* The Light: Choosing kindness for myself, first.
“Peace is not the absence of the storm, but the calm at the center of it."
Sometimes we just need a reminder that we don't have to carry everything at once.
Thank you,
Jim Gandolf
