I feel, I am at my best when the water flows up or down a creek. I can watch the movement over the rocks and obstacles within the way of the movement. To me this is a beautiful site. I was having lunch one nice day at the end of Spring.  I used to have my lunch at this spot when the weather was great in Port Washington, Wisconsin.  I really didn’t have that many friends in that town, but having lunch by the creek was great for me. I was going to a high school called Port Washington High School. The town of Port Washington was beautiful, but some of the people just didn’t like me because I was not from there, and I was known as an out sider. So, it was better off that I had lunch by myself a time or two, just to have peace in my life. I had five half-brothers and all were real young, two were in grade school, one was just around two years old, and two new-born twin brothers. I never really did get to go out much because I just had to much responsibility. My alone time was my lunch at school down by the creek. This was nothing like the west-side of Indianapolis, Indiana, to where I had so many friends it was always a great time to reflect on all of them down by Sauk Creek.
 I remember this particular time, many years ago as I was in thought down by the creek, I was hit so hard about the life I was to have in the future. Two nights ago, I had a heart to heart with a friend’s father Mr. Bob Clearwater, I called him the master sales man. He and his son Brian Clearwater sat down at the table and discussed the best job in the world called SALES! That talk hits me like it was yesterday. I just finished my speech (In Speech Class) about sponsoring a car for the Indianapolis Five Hundred Miles Race.  I just didn’t know what I was going to do until that night at the Clearwater’s House. I was happy that I did get an A on the speech. I did not know what I was going to sell, though? Later, in life I never knew how valuable that conversation was with Mr. Clearwater. My soul was defiantly in motion from that point on. I won sales contest against 28,000 sales people, found race car sponsorship's, and raised funds, through product sales. I have been in the background of many major closings because of that great night. Mr. Bob Clearwater took the time to explain this great action work called “sales”. I have had many failures, and many successes in that battle of sales. I do know who got me on the right track in this sales movement. Some say it was my own father, or my Uncle Gary Licho, but no it wasn’t at all, it was Mr. Clearwater!  I closed the biggest purchase order for one major company, that was awesome. I have gotten major fuel contracts and now working on building my own race team, with help of great people. I have learned the lesson of shut up when the deal is on the table, and listen.

Your Wonderful Product    By: Jim Gandolf

When do you know that you have an excellent product? When you have put so much effort in understanding your customer, and how much the customer is going to spend on that product?
Can you develop that product within any guidelines to make a profit?
Can you have enough mental focus on all areas, Manufacturing, product development, sales to distributors, then the guidance in helping the distributors selling to the retail locations?  Wait a minute, helping the retail locations sell this product with a full understanding of not getting a return rate? What type of warranty exclamation rate of usage?  Then helping the consumer stay knowledgeable at all time how great this product is? Understanding the research and development can be the most import area of survival in a never-ending climate. The funds to handle areas of growth? Employee insurance, product insurance to where the product never ruins a family air loom or family treasured end table? Logistic insurance? Can you price this product to cover these areas? Think about what I am writing about for just a minute? Take a deep breath; relax you have a great product, and you can have access to the right funding, or you might have the right funding? You must start in every situation to where you can keep everything balanced always. I feel that the only way to move forward in all aspects of this going retail, is, to have a person that knows all areas and just can’t make it up as you go?  When you listen to rumors and gossip you won’t even get off the ground. People learn from mistakes and errors. When you do not even look at the whole picture you will fail. You have no one to blame, but yourself.

Understand the whole retail movement, and as the product is placed (In Retail locations), the product has an opportunity to grow.  

Understand insurance

Understand what Lobbying Groups you need to be with
Understand that your competitors will love putting you out of business at all means (Sanctions and fines). Your competitors have been paying for Senators, and congressmen for years, they know people.  Your competitors will even have their own employees come to work for you, just to see where you are not in compliance with and US Government codes!

People Need to be Careful; By: Jim Gandolf

I feel that people need to be careful on how much people communicate with cell phones. Especially when the communication is about money and the transfer of funds from one county to another county. I feel that people need to just deal with banks on this matter unless they are going to get along with an private banker. Help will be on the way after that plan. I don't understand why anyone would just contact someone out of the blue to get answers about banking or the transfer of funds? I feel people who have achieved such an important part of achieving their funds just to trust a complete strangers, because that strangers happenes to be an American (But these schemer's don't want to deal with American Banks). The only other reason is to scheme people out of money, pay for this fee or that fee to clear the funds). For once in your life look at the whole picture. Understand that there are ways to do business and ways not to do business. I feel if you do not have a history in funding; do not start on a deal that can really hurt you. Planing is everything in the world of pure funding. To which I mean clean clear funds.
If someone needs an bank account number just to move money? The first thing that I would say is, why?
