When is enough of living on an edge? I started eight years ago planning a plan off of a dream. This plan was to build fifty thousand homes in America. These home should be affordable in all means of the matter. I had no funding at the time except my own plan. I have went through so many fake people, it had become so redundant and almost impossible to even achieve. I prayed so much and put everything up in funding capital atmosphere with in my world. I created a team of people.
Everything is possible and we are moving forward.
My whole attitude is positive and and it is exciting to see the capital. So many people can try to bring you down and these people will never truly quit(Neither do I). I just keep moving forward on all levels. It is true that I didn't have the capability 8 years ago, but we kept to our plan in place at all levels of possibility of achieving our goal.
The action plan:
Building an affordable home for families.
Making sure of an solid plan for transportation. Like a new car.
Keeping the cost at $500.00 a month.
We have achieved this. Except. Taxes & insurance will be added to that cost.
One thousand homes per state in the USA. Everything is paid for.
The funny thing is, I was trying to raise money for my group of friends to own an IndyCar team, as of now we have enough funding for everything.
Time is everything!
