Positive Action Plan: By Jim Gandolf
Positive Action
Plan: By Jim Gandolf
This is because of a slew of people coming to the table with no clue on how to vet your so called buyer, and wasting my banks, suppliers, and investigation into the new client.
Moving
forward in business. Before getting in touch with me over a new business
venture; When presenting a new customer to purchase fuel, or any of the food
products: Just because someone says they are a buyer, doesn’t mean that they
have the capability to buy anything at all? This matter is all in the POF
(Proof of Funds) before you ruin any chance of doing business. I have had
people send me fake bank screens, fake government bonds, and just do not vet
the client at all. I just can’t waste my companies time over fake buyers at all.
We process real transactions to completion, and the team of people who supply
fuel, and goods and services (Avocado, Tomato’s, Lemon’s, Sunflower cooking oil).
I can’t even talk about the fake proposals we get about moving funds? Prove
your client can buy anything before I turn the investigators loose, or bother
real associates on any matter. I have every major aspect cover to turn a profit
for everyone involved. I will only take one new clients if they share the
desire in open wheel racing as I do. If I see something different, I will decline
business activity in all areas of business, with that person. I can’t believe
the people out there trying to complete business as if they can somehow have a
fake client with no money waist my teams time. I can help in all areas of purchasing what a
real client needs. My goal is to build 50,000 affordable homes for Americans’. Racing
team is the way for me to do business (Open Wheel, and maybe some other types
of racing entrust). If the client calls a supplier that I am doing business
with and still can’t do business because they can’t supply suffice means of
funds? You have dug a deeper whole that will not be able to complete business. I
cannot waste anymore friends time over a fantasy buyer with no reputation at
all in the market. You must call 317-620-1811 to explain what you must do with
you and your new clients actions. Explain how you vetted your new client? I am ready to help, after you have explained
yourself, in every way. Make sure your client has the proper license to even achieve business in today's world.

I am not mad at anyone; I just want everyone to investigate who they deal with much better.

You just never know From: Jim Gandolf
You just never know From: Jim Gandolf
I want to take the best class at Northwest High school, that
didn’t make me think too much, as I thought! I didn’t know much of anything
about singing unless I was in the shower when no one was in the house. I missed
out my first semester on High School Choir for my second semester of my Senior year
1983- 1984 school year. I knew everyone in this Choir, except just a few
people, but that didn’t bother me at all. All I had to do is sing, right? Well
if you know me; I can’t sing a lick at all. To top it off, I am def toned as
well, heck I couldn’t even tell if I was out of tune? So, hello; I was in Choir trying to get a good
grade so I can pass and graduate high school. I had already passed all my hard
classes in Wisconsin at Port Washington High School, and had to take a few
classes in Indianapolis to graduate from high school. Durman Green was the best
male singer in the class, and I had to sit next to the guy? Woody Harrison was
even as good as Durman, but the making of a true best friend in the world sat
right on the other side of me Adam Biszantz. I did know Adam from the Tennis team,
and we joked around all the time.
It was dress
up day at Northwest High School, and everyone was looking grand I had to walk
in five minutes half way across the school to get to the Choir class room and I
had to move fast. When you walked up or down the hall ways at Northwest, you
had to say hi, to everyone, and if you didn’t you had to spend the next three days’
explaining why you didn’t say hi? It was just that way, back then. I
rushed into the class room and sat down next to Adam Biszantz, and of course
Adam had a great suite and tie on and a killer pair of shoes crossing his legs
to were you could see the bottom of Adam’s shoes. I looked at the bottom of
Adam’s shoes and what did I see? Scotched tape with a price on them $1.75. I
lost it and started to laugh out loud and couldn’t control myself. Adam looked
at me and laughed as well, and said, “Man, I was not going to spend major money
on a pair of shoes for one freaking day, when I have Goodwill?” From that point on Adam Biszantz was
my best friend. Yes, I had Kenny Carlisle,
Steve Norris, Rick Holmes, and a whole bunch other as my besties. Adam Biszantz
became my best all the way up until he got married (Nothing negative there, Adam just needed to be a husband). Adam’s parents were absolute
the best in the world for me. Adam and I had our tiff’s here and there but we were
the best of friends. Adam and I had TV shows we were on together, we hosted “Rock the
Ripple” and had our own radio show sponsored by Mikes Speedway Lounge. The
radio show was a blast, and we kept getting into trouble a time or two from the
station owner. The radio show was called
“Who’s it From A to Z” Adam and I had a printing company, it was strong and
kept me busy, and it was tough on Adam because he was a fireman on the South Side
of Indianapolis. We ended up on the Jenny Jones Show in Chicago, because of a
Fireman calendar we created and sold for charity purposes. I went very high in the advertising business
with these accolades from my friendship from Adam over the years. Adam’s father
taught me to fear nothing in my business adventures with Adam. Adam and I had
people under recording contracts, and business with major businesses in the
city of Indianapolis. My relationship with Adam’s family taught me to be a
great closer. I sold sponsorship on the side of race cars because Adam Biszantz
confidence in me as a friend. I had major confidence in Adam, and would have
never achieved what we had done. Adam and I even sold newspapers just to get into the Indianapolis five hundred for free. Even Adam and I worked at Indianapolis Outlook
Newspaper together, many years ago. Adam was in the design department, and I sold advertising. That Choir class started a great friendship
for my life time.
Adam and I even made a movie trailer together all over the city of Indianapolis. That was a blast!
Adam help me understand computers and programming.

I want to say Thank You to the Biszantz Family.
We all have the past to be positive, we just must move on
from the negative.
I will explain all the positive action, I will not be held
hostage from a hurtful past.

Talk with Grandpa By, Jim Gandolf
Talk with Grandpa By, Jim
Gandolf
I was
sitting in the back yard over at my Grandpa and Grandmother’s house on a warm
summer day with no a worry in the world. My Grandpa was a quiet man that when he
spoke you listen to everything, because he made you recite what he was talking
about over at another date. I loved the cherry tree in the back yard as much as
anything in the world. I created with my grandpa the guessing of the shapes of
the clouds to different cartoons or famous people. This day was just perfect on
Sharon Ave, in Indianapolis, Indiana; as if I would never forget this talk from
a man that had live life all over the world. My Grandpa Licho; explained to me
to be a gentleman in this world, “You must be expressive in emotions only to
yourself and to no other person on earth.” "Keep your views on any politics
private, no one can use any affiliation to any actions to proclaim your own
destiny.” “If you have a friend or mate
that has a sister; never fall in love with that sister, and never give that
friends sister any unwanted attention while you are with that friend’s sister.”
“Be kind and listen to any girl that is trying to explain anything to you, but
not flirtatious.” He looked at me and said with a stern look on his face,
“Never try to explain yourself to anyone that doesn’t know you personally, stay
focused on treating people the way you want to be treated.” Then my grandpa
took a breath or two for a minute and created a serious atmospheric candor and
said, “Look people in the eye when you are talking to them, stay focused on
what these people have to say back to you.” Conversation was absolutely breath
taking, as we just sitting in this amazing back yard full of flowers and this
conversation of the meaning of life. I feel that every young man should have
this talk, with a loved one or someone of meaning in their own life. I felt that he was excited to talk to me, but
I might have been too young to even have this conversation with me. He looked
at me and said, “Never tell your mom or grandmother about this talk we are
having today?” as he started to laugh. Grandpa Licho said to me, “Feel the good
side of every situation that might be troublesome.” “When you grow up and
become a young man; and have a girlfriend, if you break up with that
girlfriend, never date any of her friends.” I was confused on that one until I
got much older. I have many more that my grandpa explained to me over business,
and church action, that were wonderful lessons of positive living experiences.
To grow in life challenges to each new living experience to live a better life.
I know what he was saying to me about business conduct and whomever to choose
to do business with. Some of those rules I forgotten until I lived the explanation
from grandpa. “If a business person is gossiping about others right in front of
you, what are they saying about you when you are not around?” “People will
express nothing but false hope when they cannot face the truth in any
situation.” I love every bit of that conversation back many years ago as I was
a young boy.
Live right now!

Structure Everything Today By Jim Gandolf
Structure Everything Today By Jim Gandolf
When everything is getting away from you, you must bring
your daily task back to getting organized day by day. Life challenges can move everything
away from everything important today. Start getting your life into order. I am
trying to bring the money that was put up for myself to run a race team, and
build a grand restaurant. This is very hard when crazy business keeps coming
up? Building profits is extremely difficult when people keep bring fake and
unwanted business. Crazy family members trying to even stir up even more
trouble, everywhere you turn. I just must stay grounded at all times. I should
pray and keep everything in order. I have today, and that is all I am promised.
I am a happy person, and know that my partners will be on Que with all that
matters. I don’t stop at all until my process produces funding for racing. I
have many product placement schedules and fuel to sell, to real customers. We have
the best group of partners in place to succeed and keep the riffraff away. I
have been told I will never make it at all. I keep moving forward. I keep praying and reading the Bible. I do not
have to do cutthroat business to get anywhere, and I do not spend time creating
gossip about others failed business. I trust the business people that are with
me now.
Each week creates life in the name of the Lord. Each day is
our focus towards success. If you work for another company that you get a pay
check over and over. I am very much OK with that action. I must ask the Lord for guidance every hour of
the day. I must ask for guidance on every proposal brought to me. I must ask
for the proper explanation to when something is presented to me wrong.

Lord God,
Thank you for the opportunity to run this business, and future business.
I trust in your wisdom as I seek to work hard to make it
secure and prosperous.
May good practice be the cornerstone of everything I do.
Come reveal new openings and areas for expansion and
development.
May this business grow and flourish, creating great

In the name of Jesus,
